Promotion Period

This promotion is valid from January 26, 2026 through April 30, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). To qualify, a signed contract and required deposit must be received on or before April 30, 2026.

Eligible Events

This promotion is available only for:

• Daytime events with a scheduled start time before 8:00 PM

• Events taking place between January 1, 2026 and June 30, 2026

• Elementary, intermediate, and middle schools only

Maximum included event duration is 4 hours. Additional fees will apply for events exceeding 4 hours.

Offer Details

• Schools may choose Package 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5, each of which includes a set number of attractions within general item categories.

• ACP Entertainment will select the specific attractions included in each category.

• Requests for specific items are not permitted.

• No guarantees are made regarding exact inflatables, games, or attractions provided.

• No substitutions or exchanges are allowed once items are assigned.

Travel:
The first 25 miles from ACP Entertainment’s location in Byron Center, MI are included. Beyond 25 miles, a delivery fee of $3.75 per mile will apply.

General Conditions

• All equipment is subject to availability and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Promotional packages have no cash value and may not be redeemed for credit.

• Promotional pricing applies only when all qualifying items are included on the same contract.

• This promotion may not be combined with any other offer, discount, or special pricing unless approved in writing by ACP Entertainment.
