When people arrive at an event, festival, school event, or company picnic, they see the finished product. The rides are running, the inflatables are full of excited kids, and the games are ready for prizes. What most people never see is everything that happens before the gates open—and after everyone goes home. That’s exactly why we created the First In, Last Out YouTube Series. We are so excited to finally release this series that takes you behind the scenes of ACP Entertainment to show the real work that goes into creating unforgettable events across Michigan. From loading trucks before sunrise to setting up in the rain, solving unexpected challenges, and tearing everything down long after the crowds leave, we’re giving you an inside look at the entertainment industry.
Why We Started First In, Last Out
Most people only experience the fun part of an event. They don’t see the planning, teamwork, logistics, and dedication that make every event successful. Our goal is to pull back the curtain and share the stories behind every setup. Whether we’re building a hometown carnival, delivering inflatables to a school, or setting up rides for a community festival, every event has its own challenges. Sometimes we’re racing the weather. Other times we’re working against tight schedules or finding creative solutions on the fly. That’s what First In, Last Out is all about. We want to give our viewers the real and raw version of the entertainment industry. And the best part about our series is that you do not have to be “interested” necessarily in carnival rides. This series shows a LOT of personality from our team members, which ultimately is entertainment in itself.

The purpose of this series is to hopefully give outsiders “looking in” an understanding of what goes into creating safe, memorable events. Our team is always prepared for when things do not go as we planned. This series shows the raw moments and thinking on our feet. We also hope that this series provides entertainment for our viewers.
Every ride, inflatable, game, and attraction requires careful planning, transportation, inspections, setup, and testing before guests ever arrive. Our crew works hard to ensure every event meets our high standards for safety, quality, and customer service.
