The best rentals in our games and activities inventory is our Casino Parties, Digital Games and Arcade Games. Casino Parties are a blast for adults, definitely a crowd favorite! If that’s not the style you’re looking for, our arcade and digital games can bring the retro or new-era games to your event. The games will be filled all night with smiling guests!

The best games in our rental inventory for kids are our carnival games, some of our activities and our game trailers. Carnival Games are good, small footprint and small cost rental items that kids love to play-for prizes or just for fun. Our carnival game trailers have big prizes and bring big thrills!

Most of our game rentals we deliver, especially casino, arcade and larger games. However, some of our activities and carnival games can be picked up by customers. Contact us to learn more about our customer pickup game rentals.

Arcade game rentals typically range from $250 to $900 per game, not including delivery or pickup. Pricing varies based on game type, rental duration, and location. Bulk rentals or package deals may offer savings.

All of our game rentals include the rental of the game and setup if we are delivering it. The rental fee does not cover delivery fees which depends on where your event is located. Pickup of some of our games and activities is available as well.

We recommend booking 2–4 months in advance, especially for peak event seasons like Summer for our carnival equipment and Winter for our casino and arcade equipment. For large events or custom packages, more lead time is ideal and sometimes required.

We tailor every event package to your specific needs to ensure you have an amazing event that bring excitement to your guests throughout the duration of your event. While we work with your budget to the best of our ability, discounts are generally not offered.

Absolutely. All equipment is cleaned before and after each use. All of our games and activities are meticulously maintained. ACP Entertainment is fully insured.

We provide rentals for events to the entire state of Michigan.

Delivery radius and fees vary based on location—ask for details when booking.

We always do our best to make sure every event is able to happen; whether we wait for bad weather to let up or bring an alternative set of games and attractions that can fit indoors. In the case that the event absolutely cannot happen, we will cancel your event and then you can reschedule it within 90 days of the originally scheduled event.
