Reputable companies, like ACP Entertainment, obey state law and follow the manufacturers guidelines. We also follow industry safety standards, conduct routine maintenance, and provide trained ride operators to run all attractions. All amusement companies must also hold liability insurance and pass local/state inspections.
ACP Entertainment only rents carnival rides to birthday parties and residential events with a budget of $5,000 or more. The setup space must also be large enough to accommodate the space our rides take to setup and operate.
