How intense is Mind Winder?
Mind Winder spins in a big circle mechanically but each tub can spin and is under the control of the rider. They can make their individual tub spin as fast or as slow as they would like which is the main driving factor of the rides intensity.
Does Mind Winder have a light show built on it?
Yes, Mind Winder has a dazzling and color changing light show that can be seen during the day but really shows at night.
How long does it take to set up and take down the Mind Winder?
Mind Winder takes about an hour to set up and roughly 45 minutes to take down. As with all of our amusement rides, our staff sets up, operates and tears down every attraction.
Can I provide power for this ride or do I have to rent one of your generators?
The safest bet is to always rent our generator, we know it works with our equipment perfectly. If you have power for us though, that’s great! This ride requires a 50 amp circuit and an RV style or California Twist Lock outlet (commonly found on large diesel generators). We ask that you send us pictures of the outlets you have to ensure you have the proper outlet and circuit for us to operate.
Can the Mind Winder be rented for private events or parties?
Absolutely, Mind Winder and our other amusement rides largely get rented for private events. We are commonly providing our rides for company picnics, school events, church events and festivals.
How fast does the Mind Winder spin?
Mind Winder spins about 16 rotations per minute. The individual tub spins as fast or as slow as the rider spins it since that part is manual.
Can riders control the speed of their own car on the Mind Winder?
Yes, they can choose to spin their vehicle fast or slow. They can also choose to not spin at all.
