What Affects the Cost of Renting Carnival Rides?
Every event is different, so we quote each one. These are the main things that shape your price:
- Which rides and how many. Large rides like the Ferris wheel and drop tower cost more than smaller rides.
- How long the rides run. Rentals include a base 4-hour operating period, and extra hours add to the cost.
- Your date. Saturdays, especially in summer, often book up 2–4 months ahead.
- Your location. Where your event is affects your quote.
- Power. Some rides need three-phase or 50-amp power. If your site doesn’t have it, we add a generator.
- Custom branding. Branded seat signs and a custom centerpiece sign on the Ferris wheel are quoted separately.
Every rental includes delivery, setup, trained ride operators and teardown. Send us your date, location and guest count to request a custom quote.
